Insurance coverage for infertility treatment varies depending on your insurance carrier. Many carriers cover diagnostic testing until the diagnosis of infertility is confirmed. The most common diagnostic testing procedures are: consultation, initial ultrasound, initial blood work, semen analysis and Hysterosalpingogram (HSG). Some will also provide some level of coverage for treatment. Under certain circumstances, a few will even cover the need for a donor. Our team of financial counselors will guide you through this sometimes-complicated process and help you make sense of your policy, enabling you to optimize your coverage and reimbursement options.

Determine Your Carrier’s Coverage

A good way to get a sense of the coverage your current policy provides is to look through your benefits information. If you have had the policy for some time, you may want to request an updated benefits package to ensure accuracy of information.

Multiple Insurance Plans

We currently accept PPO and POS plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, HealthNet, Progyny, TriCare Select, and United HealthCare.

We provide the highest quality care for all of our patients undergoing infertility treatments. Based on our outstanding results, our center has been awarded the Infertility Center of Excellence (COE) award by United Healthcare/OPTUM. This awards is based on outcome standards set by the carrier and awarded only to those few centers who meet those criteria which include our high success rates, a continuous commitment to quality assurance and focus on single-embryo transfer.
